Is the prototype the final and definitive version of the statue ?

Non. Le produit final peut différer légèrement du prototype présenté lors des prises de commande. Le prototype est une version quasiment équivalente au produit final et qui permet de valider les choix techniques dans le but d’éviter les erreurs avant la mise en production.No. The final product may differ slightly from the prototype presented when the order was placed. The prototype is a version that is almost equivalent to the final product and that allows us to validate the technical choices in order to avoid errors before going into production.

How can I be added to the waiting list for one of your products ?

When a Kami-Arts product is out of stock, it is possible to join the waiting list. Go to the page of the product you are interested in, enter your email address at the indicated address and click on the “Join the waiting list” button.
Cancellations of some orders allow this restocking and gives you this second chance.

How long does it take to receive his statue ?

Each Kami-Arts product has an estimated delivery date which is displayed in the specifications of the product sheets.
As the name indicates, these are estimated delivery dates, so delivery may be earlier or later. In both cases, Kami-Arts will give you the information via its communication channels in a global way and by email directly in a more personal way.

Is there any way to reserve the new figurine without going through the pre-orders ?

You will quickly get the certainty that you have reserved your Kami-Arts product through the Kami-Arts website. In addition, you benefit, through the official website of the brand, the advantages related to this reservation system (loyalty points). Nevertheless, you can also find our products at our resellers partners and at the same price as on the Kami-Arts website.

Is a reissue of one or more products planned soon ?

No. All Kami-Arts products are limited edition prints. We are working to ensure that collectors around the world can benefit from quality products without a second wave of prints. Your Kami-Arts product is a collector’s item that will never be reprinted again.

I received my damaged statue, can you help me ?

Of course we can. Kami-Arts’ after-sales service guarantees you a partial or total replacement of the statue depending on the damage it has suffered. Simply contact the after-sales service at sav@kami-arts.com, indicating your order number and explaining the problem with a photo so that we can intervene. Your satisfaction is our greatest wish.

I bought a used statue and it is damaged, can you help me ?

Unfortunately not. Second-hand Kami-Arts products are not included in the after-sales service. We invite you to take a look at the statue repairers who can be contacted on the networks.

Will you be present at Japan Expo this year ?

Proximity with the fans is essential. Every year we are present at multiple conventions to present our prototypes and statues to the general public.
You can find the list of the conventions we will attend in the News section of the Kami-Arts website. If you go to one of these conventions, it will be a joy for us to see you there.

I have a problem with my sample, can you help me ?

Go to the “Contact” tab of the site and please send us a message specifying your order number in the subject of the message and detailing the problem as best as possible in the description.
